FAQs |

I purchased 10 acres, why do your maps show me owning only 9.7 acres?
- The acreage shown on our map is calculated on taxable land only and excludes right-of-way. The legal description on the deed normally begins in the center of the right-of-way; therefore the deeded acres are going to be a little more than the mapped acres.
When are the aerial photographs taken?
- The current photos for public access were taken in 2002. Please contact the county for current photos.
I sold my property, why is it still in my name?
- Our information comes from deeds recorded in the Register of Deeds office. Changes in ownership cannot be made until the deed is recorded.
