- There is also a sales tax question on the ballot for the registered voters in the City of Willard. The following question will be on the ballot.

- Shall a City retailer’s sales tax at the rate of three-quarter percent (.75%) be levied in the City of Willard, for the general purpose of providing infrastructure maintenance, to be effective May 1, 2009?
