Services
The Surveyor’s office performs the following duties:
- Keeps records of and provides public with copies of surveys and Plats of subdivisions
- Provides technical support to property owners needing locations of property boundaries
Additional Information
The county surveyor’s office has more than 5,000 subdivision plats and 30,000 boundary surveys on file
The office has many surveys on file more than 100 years old. The oldest survey is dated 1827. Road records on file date back to 1865.
