120717 Shooting Investigation Update

Shooting Investigation

The Shawnee County Sheriff’s Office continues to investigate the shooting that occurred at 4335 NE Meriden Rd. on Friday, July 13th, 2012.

The three men who were involved in a verbal disagreement at the residence that left all three men with gunshots wounds are still hospitalized at a Topeka Hospital. The three men are known acquaintances of each other and the shooting is believed to be unrelated to any other crime and isolated to the time and place of this incident.

Michael P. Bailey, 41, Nevada, MO is reported to be in critical condition.

Timothy L, Silver, 43, Nevada, MO is reported to be in a stable and non- life threatening condition.

Steven Spaugh, 36, Topeka, KS is reported to be in a non-life threatening condition.
